As a trademark classification specialist, his main job is focused on management and advice. His knowledge, his approach and his experience of more than 20 years, make him an invaluable reference in the field of intellectual property. He participates as a lecturer in various IP workshops and seminars.

 

Experience

He began his career as an Examiner at the Argentine Trademark Office (INPI) 1992. From 1998, he was part of the Intellectual Property department of the O’Farrell & Schmukler firm.

In 2001 he was part of the trademarks team at Clarke Modet & Cía (Argentina), and in 2012 he became a senior associate at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam, a role he continued to hold at Berton Moreno + Ojam, since its creation in November 2017. Since 2020, he is a partner of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.

Protection, defense, and maximization of intangible assets, and exploitation of the intangible assets value.

Training course on Management of Trademarks Operations and Information Services for developing countries officers, organized by Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Hull, Canada.

Seminar on International Classification of Goods and Services for Trademarks (Niza agreement) and International Classification of Figurative Elements (Vienna agreement), by Dr. Jean Paul Hoebrech, Chief of the International Classifications of Trademarks and Industrial Design at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Interactive Seminar on Trademarks Administration and Analysis, organized by the Industrial Property National Institute INPI), Buenos Aires (December 1997) in charge of a Trademark Law team including specialists from the Cooperation Office for the Development of the World Organization of Intellectual Property, the Spanish Trademark Office, Brazil Industrial Property National Institute (INPI) and Uruguay Industrial Property National Office (DNPI).
