Ana Clara considers herself as part of the “self-management cult”. This has to do with learning how to invent, produce, draw an action map, and solve problems with ingenuity and creativity. She has an ease with words -written or spoken-, curiosity, good humor, teamwork capacity, and good handling of interpersonal relationships.
