Mariano Peruzzotti

Mariano provides advice to local and international clients on IT, Privacy, Intellectual Property, Fair Trade, Advertising Regulations, Contests and Sweepstakes and Consumer Protection.

He has outstanding experience in Personal Data Protection and Cybersecurity as he is a Certified International Privacy Professional (CIPP/E), certificate granted by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

Throughout his professional career, Mariano has advised companies within a wide variety of industries in the design and development of local, regional and international privacy compliance programs. He has solid experience in projects involving artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, Internet of Things, blockchain and e-commerce. Likewise, he has participated in audits, due diligence process and mergers and acquisitions, advising on IP, Technology and Privacy.

Mariano has been a speaker at seminars and conferences of his field, both in Argentina and abroad, and is the author of a large number of national and international professional publications.

He was recognized by Chambers & Partners in the area of Telecoms, Media & Technologies. Currently. He is co-chair of the Buenos Aires chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and chair of the Latin American committee of Group 6 of The Sedona Conference.

Since 2020, he is a partner of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.
