Pilar Camera

Pilar is a psychopedagogue. From her vocation for teaching, she has been coordinating, for more than 20 years, artistic creation workshops, through visual arts in general. She has a passion for the plastic arts, which led her to study and practice different techniques of painting, sculpture, textile arts and fire. She is preparing her thesis for the completion of a postgraduate degree in art therapy at the National University of the Arts (UNA).

She joined the Ojambf team in the HR area as the person in charge of CSR issues such as OBF Community, culture and soft management strategy. Among her main tasks are the management and coordination of projects for the development of the business climate and the creation and promotion of creative recreational and leisure activities that enhance the soft and interpersonal skills of our team and improve the experience of our employees.

She also manages and is the liaison between us and the solidarity campaigns we undertake. Her coordination and leadership in triple-impact projects drives our study as a B Company.
