Raquel advises local and international clients in industrial and intellectual property matters, both in the prosecution and litigation areas. She places special emphasis on pre-judicial or friendly conflict resolution, where she has managed to settle many disputes in record time and in a highly satisfactory way.
Passionate about teamwork, she adds value to the different working groups both at the firm and Industrial Property organizations where she contributes in the academic field.
Internationally recognized, she has recently been included in the “THE TOP 250 WOMEN IN IP 2020” ranking, prepared by Managing Intellectual Property.
Raquel has intensely promoted the Latin-American perspective on industrial property matters at different intermediate Asian organizations and has participated at numerous conferences in the field.

Experience
She began working on industrial property in 1997, in the trademark team of Clarke Modet & Cía (Argentina). In 2006 she joined the Intellectual Property department at Bruchou Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani law firm as a senior lawyer.
Years later, she was a partner at Mitrani, Caballero & Ojam, and then a founding partner at Berton Moreno + Ojam. Since 2020 she is one of the founding partners of Ojam Bullrich Flanzbaum.
